My name is Mark Williamson, I am 30 years old, and I am a qualified and trained designer and maker of bespoke furniture, currently based near Aylesbury, in beautiful Buckinghamshire.

I have been passionate about working with wood from a young age, designing and making my own pieces, and I won several awards for my designing and making skills.

I then went on to graduate with a BA Degree in Furniture Design and Craftmanship from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College in 2006. For the past 12 years I have been working in professional furniture making workshops gaining invaluable experience and skills, as well as continuing my own work.

I now run my own business, Mark Williamson Furniture, using all my experience, study, training and of course passion for working with wood. My current work encompasses many areas of woodwork and furniture design, and it’s a pleasure to be able to work on so many varied commissions in different types of wood and materials for my clients.
