Details

Coming from Madrid, where food is a major part of the culture, I’ve always been very keen to try Spanish eateries here in Edinburgh. Although I enjoyed the experience I always felt there was something missing. It was not just the sunshine but the real flavours.
Determined to recreate my roots, my wife, Sarah, and I decided to open a Spanish Tapas restaurant. It only seems right to be near the sea to evoke holidays and Portobello is the perfect place.
