Mainstream Careers, a company registered in the UK, was conceived out of a desire to serve and deliver excellent results to those seeking a break through in the IT industry, particularly in the field of Business Analysis. We coach and mentor candidates who desire a career in Business Analysis. The coaching arrangement kicks off with a 2-day face-to-face session where candidates are introduced to the core principles and techniques of business analysis. The introductions are followed quickly by presentation of a project for the candidates to tackle, under the supervision of the tutors. The candidates will continue work on the projects beyond the 2-day face-to-face session and these will be managed using electronic means – tele conferencing, video conferencing, screen sharing tools (eg WebEx) and other relevant project management tools. There is a GUARANTEED place on our projects for all our candidates. We always have on-going projects so candidates can work on them as long as they want.
