Delivery in the UK

Standard Delivery:





For any items not marked with free delivery we charge £2.49 for UK Standard Delivery on orders under £25.00. For orders £25.00 and over, UK Standard Delivery is FREE.

Providing your items are in stock, we will aim to deliver within 2 working days.

Orders received before 1pm will be processed on the same working day, orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day.

Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are non working days, orders received on these days will be processed on the next working day.

For delivery outside the UK, please contact us first to find out postage costs

Additional Information About Delivery

• Where possible we will endeavour to send all of the items in your order together. However, if any items in your order are out of stock, we will despatch those items we have in stock and send the remaining items as soon as possible. Please note you will only be charged one delivery charge per order. If any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you and advise you of the anticipated delivery date.

• All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.

Returns Procedure

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please contact us within 7 days and return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund of the product value. Please note all items returned must be in resalable condition, i.e. all tags and packaging must be intact and included.

When sending a return, please use the returns form that we email you when you contact us and send the parcel via a signed for service to the address below. We would recommend obtaining proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item.




In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.

Processing Returns

We try to process returns as quickly as possible; however this can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you have returned please contact us using our contact page stating you full name and order details

Cancellations Procedure

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure as stated above.
