The practice was founded by Jenny Loynton in 1991. Jenny had already built up a substantial client base when she moved to the Wing Yip Centre and established her own practice. From the outset, she had important clients like the Wing Yip Trading Group and later she was joined by experienced property lawyer Sonia Hollingshead and subsequently recruited Beijing born Michelle Wang which has given the team a wider client base. The practice is now regarded as the leading Chinese practice in the Midlands and the firm has recently acquired important conveyancing quality standards to add to its prestige and has been shortlisted as Law Firm of the Year (4 partners) 2013.
