TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*1. Love Letters Promise*
To work with you to ensure you are 100% happy with your order. I want you to be happy with your order, to ensure it is exactly to your taste and budget, and to create a special gift that will be cherished forever.

*2. How to order*
You can message me or send me an email (amandagoerd@gmail.com). I will work closely with you to ensure all wording/designs are exactly how you want them.

*3. Time scale for your order to be complete*
I aim to ship all orders within 14 days. However, during busy periods, this may be extended. I will discuss any waiting times with you at the point or order. Having said that, I do try my very best to get orders completed as soon as I can.

*4. Payments*
Full payment, or atleast a 50% non refundable deposit is required when you place your order. Your order will not go into the order book until this is receieved.
All payments are via PayPal. This is the safest and most secure method of payment.
You do not even need a PayPal account. All you need to do is send me your email address, and I will send you an invoice. Then all you need to do is either log in to your PayPal account, or follow the instructions to pay using your card if you do not have a PayPal account.

*5. Postage*
Postage costs will be worked out at the point of order. All jewellery and other small item orders will be posted 1st Class. All box frames will be sent to you using a courier service. Alternatively, you can collect your order.

*6. Returns*
There are no returns on custom or personalised orders. Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days. However, 50% of the order total includes a non refundable deposit. This is because I have used stock, and spent lots of time designing and working on your order.
