Over the past 8 years we have been introducing woman all over the city to Pole Exercise.

We focus on beginners. We know how intimidating it can be trying something new especially if you have never been particularly active! You may think you're the wrong size or you've no co-ordination, some people even think they have to go the gym or tone up before they join!

The truth is we're not her to train athletes! (Although we are a great 1st stop) We are here to simply introduce pole exercise to woman of all shapes, sizes.

Showing Liverpool ladies YOU CAN do it, YOU WILL enjoy it and YOU will feel the difference over the beginner course.

We have a strict 'be nice or leave' policy! So everyone can feel at ease :) Come and meet your new mates - Pole may be exactly what the doctor ordered!
