Littledown Miniature Railway 3.02

The Littledown Railway is a raised track that runs through the beautiful park behind the Littledown sports centre Bournemouth.
It is a third of a mile long and is operated by the Bournemouth and District Society of Model Engineers, a private non-commercial society of model engineers, and not part of the Littledown Centre.
We run our model locomotives both steam and electric, on Wednesdays, Sundays and bank holidays between 11.00 and 15.00 (weather permitting). When the weather is cold, wet or the park is quiet, the trains may not run or may finish early.
To help cover our costs we charge £1 per person for a ride around our track.
We also have a 16mm garden railway which operates on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month.
