What is Crystal Therapy?
At the age of 18 I moved over 700 miles to be with my military partner. I was a size 6, but due to being away from family and financial difficulties I went up to a size 20. I then had my first child and went on to try for a second after trying for 2 years I knew my weight was the issue. I tried every pill, potion and diet going. Then fitness and healthy eating took over. Within losing the first few stone I was pregnant and along came our daughter. I ate healthy thought out and actually lost weight by the time I was full term. After I was going to the gym 7-10 days a week when I decided to become an instructor. Through all of this I lost my business but I was determined to not let this bring me down and I then became a nutritionist. After moving to Henlow I met Linda Watson Reiki Master, after meeting her I didn’t fear my spiritual side and through her teaching I gained a level 2 Reiki. Last year I had a life changing big operation and used my vast collection of crystals to get me through the process. I realised life is to short and after meeting the most interesting and helpful person Philip Permutt who taught me not to hold back. I gained my Crystal healing qualification.
