Welcome to Linda’s Day Care

My name is Linda Hooper, I offer a childminding service in the Millerston/Stepps Area of Glasgow called Linda's Day Care.

I have 3 grown up sons, 2 of which still live with me. We all have full disclosure and first aid trained and all non Smokers.

I am SCSWIS Registered (Scottish Care Commission) My service is a Grade 5 (very good) Last inspected June 2014.
I am a Community Childminder for Glasgow City Council.

I offer a non smoking, no pets and Child Friendly Environment. We have a separate playroom for the children with a variety of toys and equipment including soft play equipment, arts and crafts and a full range of activities.
We also have 2 wonderful outside play areas which is also very well equipped. The children are encouraged to play outdoors.
I have been child mining since 2003 and I have looked after many children from all different cultures and backgrounds.
Children’s ages ranging from new born to teenagers, 2 set of twins and some children with special needs and also dietary or medical conditions..
Before becoming a childminder i was a Nursery nurse for many years. Also nursery Manager for several years.
I have also brought up 3 sons of my own.
"Please note my establishment is for under 5 year olds (pre- school) I don't offer after school care"

Opening Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
before 8.30 and after 5.30 can be arranged

Fees Standard Rate £36 includes all snacks, drinks and a lunch.

No half days offered at the moment and no after school care offered at the moment..
