The LGBThq and Sticky Bits are here to support the LGBT community, family, and friends. If you need information, advice, someone to talk to, or to chill and relax over cake and coffee, we offer all this. The centre is still being developed and we need your input to make sure we get the services in the centre right to suit the needs of the LGBT community of Cumbria and surrounding areas.

At present we house Sticky Bits CIC; PiNC LGBT+ Youth - Pride In North Cumbria; Cumbria Pride annual LGBT event; a free counselling service; social & support groups; consultation & fundraising events, etc. We are also a 3rd party hate crime reporting centre who has close contact with the local police.

There are always volunteering opportunities available and also offer function room, conferencing/exhibition and office hire. If you, or an organisation you work for would like more information please contact us.
