I offer Holistic Massage and Reflexology treatments working from my home in Horfield. I also work part time at Horfield Lodge Care Home, providing reflexology to the residents, with varying needs, inclusive of dementia care and paliative care. I studied BScHons Professional Studies of Complementary Healthcare at UWE. I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association and I am fully insured to practice.

During my practical studies I was concentrating on stress and lifestyle and the impact that has on the body. If you are overworked, tired, have aches and pains then this is for you! Also if you just like to keep yourself from getting to that point with regular treatments.

While working on my dissertation I researched the effects of massage on conception, pregnancy and childbirth. This can be an exciting and nervous time for parents, and comes with its own stresses and strains on the mind and body. Massage and Reflexology are excellent touch therapies for this time in your life, and it is a perfect chance to really relax and spend some time thinking about you and your baby.
