I qualified as a nurse in 1999 and worked for 10 years in an intensive care unit followed by time caring for people in the oncology centre undergoing chemotherapy.

My nursing experience led me to change direction and develop my interest in helping people through a natural holistic approach whilst still able to apply my nursing knowledge.

I became interested in reflexology after taking my daughter as a baby to see a reflexologist and then having regular treatments myself I realised the health benefits of reflexology.

I have a genuine wish to help improve the well being and vitality of my clients and I always aim to leave you feeling relaxed and revived.
