After a lot of research into various psychological therapies, I discovered that hypnotherapy was one of the most effective. I learned through personal experience that this gentle therapy is in fact incredibly powerful. I was so impressed by how well it works, that I decided to train as a Hypnotherapist, so that I could incorporate everything I learned from it into my passion for helping others. It is an amazing tool for helping people understand and change their unwanted behaviour and bring about beneficial lasting change. It is also an amazing tool for dealing with physical issues. It can be used in so many ways. It is a truly holistic therapy in that it so naturally connects mind and body.
