Megan Hopkins founded Belle Lash in 2009 and it since has grown into a very successful and busy Lash Boutique in Wiltshire, UK specialising in Russian Volume Lashes. Megan has been lashing for 7 years and has also been a qualified and accredited Lash Educator/Trainer for 2 years.
