Before booking an appointment please make yourself aware of all my terms and conditions. By law, all the treatments i perform require a skin test atleast 24hours before,but this must be done 7days before your appointment.If you do not book your skin test with me your appointment will be cancelled, no skin test no treatment!
All lash treatments require a £20 non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. This will be taken off your treatment price on the day.
If you fail to give me less than 24hours cancellation/reschedule notice, your booking fee will be non refundable as due to skin tests being required it is very unlikely I will be able to fill your appointment slot.
If you do not come to your scheduled appointment and fail to contact me, i will not offer future treatments.
Infills do not require a deposit, but the same cancellation fees apply and 50% of your treatment price will be added onto your next appointment.

If you come to your infill wearing makeup or have dirty lashes you will be charged for the time it takes for me to clean them, as it is not my responsibility for the overall hygiene of your eyes.

Definition brow treatment £20
This includes tinting,waxing,threading,trimming and application of brow pencil/powder to achieve desired shape.
Brows just £15 when added to lashes.

I always recommended lash infills 2-3 weekly to maintain symmetry between the eyes and for the best overall results of the treatment. Removal of extensions is always complimentary.
Removals of extensions applied by other therapists are £10 or free when a full set is applied by me.
I do not infill other therapists work.
