for first time I must say than my english isn´t great but I will help you as much as I can.
Im Vaclav and nick name is Kofi for better pronounciation. I come from Czech Republic. My character is: introvert, assiduous, ambitious, calm, careful, easy-going, friendly, patient. I´m fitness trainer for bodybuilding and fitness. I can help with yours own problems which are worrying you such as loss weight, take up clean muscle weight and this the most important I will prepare you on competition in bodybuilding, physique and more... when you want.
