Founded in 2013, Kite Property Developments are a West Midlands based company specialising in the design, development and renovation of properties in need of modernisation improvement and extensions of your home.

Working predominately in and around the Stourbridge area, KPD take houses that have fallen in to disrepair and turn them into to modern, up-to-date properties with all new appliances, kitchens, bathrooms and gardens.

Work is carried out to the highest standards and meets all current government building regulations in regard to energy efficiency and structural specifications. Where required all work has fully certificated building inspections as well as full documentation for gas safe and Part P electrical standards.
