Welcome to Kirsty’s K9 Care where animal welfare is my number one priority.
I pride myself in doing everything possible to make your pets stay or day the best it can be!
For owners who are unable to be with their animal as much as they would like due to everyday life and commitments and prefer their pets in a non-kennel environment, Kirsty’s K9 Care provides a safe and loving environment for your dog to spend their day/night enjoying themselves and doing all the things a dog should be able to do, whether it be running on the beach, forest or park. Swimming in rivers, exploring the countryside or just relaxing in a lovely home environment.
Kirsty’s K9 care caters for all.
I am fully insured, have my dog boarding licence and regulated by Bournemouth Borough Council.

My aim is to provide a safe, loving and professional service for your treasured animals.
I cover an area within a 5 mile radius of Northbourne, but will travel further if needed for an additional cost.
I have a fully ventilated equipped van with room for up to 4 dogs.
As we all know our pets are very important to us and we often put them before ourselves! We all worry when our babies are not with us and want nothing more than to be able to feel happy and at ease when they are in somebody else’s care!
Kirstys K9 care provides a safe, and caring environment for your beloved pet whether it be on a fun filled walk in the forest, beach or park or within the comfort of a cosy relaxed home with plenty of beds, toys, treats (if your parents let you) and all the love and attention a pampered pooch could want!
I have a very wide range of experience with dogs from the general day to day care of the dog, training and behaviour, socialisation, tips and advice on housetraining, separation anxiety and any general enquires you may have, I also provide dog nail clipping and bathing.
I have a 6 year old Male, Neutered, fully vaccinated French Bulldog called Hector who loves to play with other dogs but is equally as happy just sleeping next to the more mature quiet doggy!
I have a National Diploma in Animal Management, and have attended many other additional behaviour, training, and dog phycology courses.
I have a wealth of experience of working in a rescue environment dealing with dogs and many other animals which often come hand in hand with behavioural and socialisation problems due to their traumatic backgrounds.
I worked as an “Animal care assistant” for the RSPCA for five years and then went on to become a “Senior Animal Welfare Worker” at the Margaret Green Animal Rescue. I am passionate about animal welfare and believe animals are just as important as humans!
Whist working for Margaret Green Animal Rescue I have learnt that there is an increasing demand and importance for trustworthy caring people to help care for your babies whilst you are away at work, on holiday, or just unable to be around enough during the day to keep your pooch as happy as can be due to demanding everyday working life!
There is nothing better than being able to relax knowing your pet is having a great time and being pampered as they deserve!
I am also experienced with horses and other pets and am able to do “home visits” when needed, please contact for prices (dependent on animal, distance, and situation)
I am absolutely animal mad, every animal great or small deserves unconditional love and care and my mission is to make sure your pet is happy when you are unable to be there.
