*How to order*
Pm/message the page with the tag of your choice, colour and if you would like it personalising, what you would like it personalised with.

Each tag is decorated with twine and grey ribbon.

When you are happy to proceed I will need the delivery address and your email address to send you an invoice via PayPal, I require payment in full in advance, you don't need an account to pay using PayPal, you can use credit/debit cards.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the new regulations you, the consumer, have the right to cancel at any time from the date your order is placed, up to 14 days after your item has been received unless the order is for a personalised item, personalised items can only be cancelled before the item is made and not after. If you wish to cancel your order prior to receiving the items please contact me at your earliest convenience.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me so we can talk through any issues.

Refunds and returns cannot be issued for personalised or made to order items, unless they are faulty, this includes names, dates, quotes or any personal details that have been requested by the buyer, you have 14 days from receiving your items to return.

If the buyer decides to cancel their order after the order has been dispatched, then in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations the buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of postage for the order to be returned. Once I have received the goods, which must be in as new condition, a refund for the item/s will be issued within 5 working days.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 24hours of receiving your order and we can work together to find a suitable resolution, I will require photographic evidence of your order and the packaging, this will help me to address any issues with the postal service used.

Reimbursement will be by the same payment method as the original transaction. Return postage will be the responsibility of the consumer. Please note, under these regulations, Kirsty's Handmade Keepsakes also has the right to deduct from the monies reimbursed should the value of the items be diminished, through the handling of the consumer beyond what is necessary, to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
