Kid's Cookery Club 2.36

Hi,

My name is Shirley. I am running a kid's cookery club after school from my house in Fleet.

Cookery Club runs on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3.45pm-4.45pm.

Each new member will recieve an apron, menu cards to collect and a tub to carry their goodies home. All food and equipment included. We will produce a different product every week to take home and share.

I have a Diploma in Professional Catering NVQ levels 1 and 2. I have my Food Hygiene Certificate and Health and
Safety. I am CRB checked and fully insured.

I have worked in a variety of restaurants and hotels locally and in London, including The Strand Palace Hotel in Covent Garden, and Dogmersfield Park which is now The Four Seasons Hotel. My husband and I both worked for a notorious pub chain for many years before we decided to start our family.

I also run the occassional holiday Kid's Cookery Club. Keep an eye out for future dates.

Shirley
