We use the best raw materials that we can get our hands on, so that we can provide you ‘our customer’ with the best Fish & Chips that you have ever tasted!

That’s quite a statement, but one that we are confident in saying. Here at Juniors we use the latest High Efficiency Kiremko Frying Equipment, so that we can bring you a traditional product but in a healthier and more modern way. This means all the great flavour and taste but with less than an incredible 5% fat!

All our fish is sourced responsibly from sustainable stocks, we only fry Pure Icelandic Cod which is regarded by the experts as the best Cod in the business.

Our Spuds come from a local and very reputable supplier and most of the year we use Maris Pipers. At certain times of the year we may switch to Spanish or Cyprus as the Piper season ends.

We are passionate about Fish & Chips. We are enthusiastic and keen to ensure that no matter what you order at Juniors, whether it’s a 100% Beef Burger, a Pure Fillet Chicken Burger, succulent lightly breaded Chicken Goujons, or simply a portion of chips – that it tastes of the same top quality EVERYTIME. That’s our mission and we are grateful for the opportunity to give our customers great food and service.

We recently completed 'The School of Frying Excellence’ run by KFE. Many of the methods and practices taught at the School of Frying Excellence have been implemented into Juniors Fish & Chips. We learnt at the course to try to provide the customer with a quality product each and every time, quality and consistency is the key ingredient here at Juniors.

We are a young Fish & Chip shop but we hope to be around for a long time serving Newtownabbey and beyond for many years to come.
