Established in 1997 by Jim Barr - best known for his work as bass player in Portishead and Get The Blessing - J & J is a relaxed and friendly facility run by musicians for musicians.

Fully equipped with high quality recording gear and a huge range of interesting effects and instruments, all of our rooms have been painstakingly designed and acoustically treated to create a great sounding space with natural light throughout.

J & J provides a comfortable atmosphere in a professional environment, allowing creativity without restriction.
