Integrative Counsellor 1.75

I offer a professional, non-judgemental and confidential therapy service to both individuals, couples and families at affordable rates starting with an initial session of 30 minutes that will provide you with the opportunity to talk about the difficulties you wish to work on in therapy, whilst allowing you to discuss any anxieties you may have and help you decide whether or not I am the right counsellor for you.

The areas of difficulties I have extensive experience of working within include :
Abuse, trauma, childhood issues, anxiety, relationship problems, low self esteem, panic attacks, isolation, stress and anger management, depression, bereavement and loss.

Sessions are priced at £35 per hour for individuals and £50 per 90 minutes for coupes. I also offer sessions for students, single parents and those on low incomes at a reduced rate which can be negotiated. This can ensure you have the option of accessing counselling if you so wish.
