Head Coach Steve Hodgkinson has been practicing martial arts since a young age and has built up an excellent reputation for his teaching and coaching skills. Steve has been featured in some of the UK's leading martial arts publications and, in 2012, was placed into the Martial Arts Illustrated Hall of Fame.

In 2014, Steve's gym was awarded UK Small Business of the Week Award, by Dragons Den Star, Theo Paphitis.
