A beautiful heart centred shop in the centre of Frome. The location has a lovely stream running outside the door, and has a history of 25 years in town. Laura opened the shop in June 2016 and Siobhan joined as her business partner in March 2017.

Laura has been a therapist for over 20 years, working with chemical free, organic, skincare and make up, and previously ran a successful shop and therapy rooms in Bradford on Avon. In addition to her beauty therapy and wellness coaching experience, Laura has a wide range of experience in crystal healing, energy work and angel card readings.

Siobhan moved to Frome in late 2016 and instantly fell in love with Inspiration and manifested being a part of it. She has always had an interest in alternative healthcare but developed a particular passion for how mediation, energy work and aromatherapy can provide long-lasting solutions for managing mental health after her own experience with depression and anxiety.

Both Laura and Siobhan strongly believe that even making one small change can greatly improve your physical, mental and spiritual health and that mind, body and spirit must be in balance for optimal wellness. We love to assist people in finding sustainable ways to improve their wellbeing.
