I am now fully trained and insured in the following therapies;

Swedish massage (ITEC qualified), Hot stone massage, Indian Head massage, Hopi ear candling and Hypnotherapy (diploma in clinical hypnotheray and I am a registered hypnotherapist with the General Hypnotherapy Register).

I am offering a mobile service so you can receive your chosen treatment in the comfort of your own home. I have all the equipment required; massage table, oils, towels and relaxing chair for hypnotherapy. I am able to fit in treatments with your schedules and can do appointments at anytime including evenings and weekends.

Any form of Massage can be used to help you feel rejuvenated, it provides you with relief from stress, it helps increase your circulation providing many benefits for your overall health and well-being, it helps speed up your metabolism, rids the body of toxins and helps you feel more relaxed.

Hypnotherapy can be used to treat a number of issues and aims to re-programme patterns of behaviour that have been created in the mind, enabling irrational fears, phobias and negative thoughts and suppressed emotions to be overcome. Hypnosis does not involve putting the client into a deep sleep, they remain fully aware of their surroundings and cannot be made to do something they would not normally do. The client requires the desire to need or want to change some behavioural habit or addiction and needs to be highly motivated to do so.
Hypnotherapy can be used to help treat a number of fears, phobias, problems with sleep, weight issues including gastric band hypnosis, confidence, panic attacks and bad habits.
