At Hot Box Stoves we provide a turnkey service from design through to installation, allowing us to cater for your unique tastes and requirements. We have the construction skills, using both traditional and contemporary building methods and attention to detail to ensure that you are happy with your new installation. Hot Box Stoves supply and install some of the highest quality appliances available on the market, can offer all relevant accessories to compliment your new stove and provide you with the fuel that you need to burn in it.

At Hot Box exceptional customer service is paramount. Throughout your installation you will have a designated project manager, who in most cases will be the initial point of contact during your survey. He will oversee your installation right through to the end and if requested will even come and light your appliance and show you how to operate it.

Because we are a HETAS registered company you are guaranteed to have a stove which is 100% fit for purpose. You will have invested in an appliance that when used as intended and maintained properly, will stand the test of time and provide many years of safe and efficient heating for your home.

All of our workmanship is fully guaranteed for 1 year from the date of practical completion of your installation. Please note that the appliance and components will be covered by a manufacturer's guarantee. The length and nature of the guarantee depends on the stove manufacturer but is often between 5 and 10 years. Chimney liners are either guaranteed for 10 or 20 years depending upon which grade is specified.
