Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland 3.09

Established in 1994 by dynamic leaders from the hospitality industry, HIT Scotland aims to inspire individuals to be the best they can be.

We support the ‘development of real people’ within all these exciting and fast changing sectors, and look to develop emerging talent.

Since our inception, we have awarded over 1,000 emerging talent scholarships and 10,000 bursaries. Our emerging talent scholarship programmes range from exceptional local, national and international hands on experiences to places on courses at some of the world’s finest academic establishments including The Cornell School of Hotel Administration and Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne.

We also work closely with Further and Higher educational institutions, to encourage and source new talent for the industry by providing bursaries and places on a bespoke student course at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne.
