GET THE FISH TO THE PEOPLE!

Johnny is the fish brains of the family, monger of fish for the past 11 years and a "dab" hand at filleting and preparing everything ready for you to cook. He spends his early mornings at Newlyn fish market, haggling, heckling and preparing the fish that arrives at your door. After dealing with fish all day he still loves to get in the kitchen and is quite particular about cooking it!

Jo has worked in restaurants for the past 18 years and has always loved food, mainly eating it but loves cooking and entertaining and bringing our family and friends together to have good nosh and a glass of vino. Since becoming a mama we endeavour to get the best possible food into our boys to balance out their addiction to chocolate so fish and our weekly veg box are the staple foods in our house for most of the week.

Honest Fish came about as we had so many requests for a fish delivery in Falmouth for families and working people wanting to get decent fish when they couldn't find time to go to the local fishmongers.
