This is our Caravan. It’s a 2015 Willerby Salsa Eco (37’ x 12’), which is located on Haven’s 5* prestigious park, Devon Cliffs, Littleham, near Exmouth. It has direct access to Sandy Bay Beach, which acquired an award during 2015.
The Caravan sleeps 8. It is a 3 Bedroom model consisting of one Double and two Twin bedded rooms and incorporates an additional double sofa-bed in the living area.
The open-plan living area contains the lounge, dining and well equipped kitchen. There is a door to the bathroom containing double width shower, hand basin and toilet. An additional toilet is located off the hallway which also leads to the 3 bedrooms.
Heating to the living area is provided by a wall mounted Gas Fire and all bedrooms contain built in warm air fan heaters. All windows and glass are double glazed.
The veranda is constructed of UPVC and has been fitted to the side and front of the Caravan providing superb sea- views.
Our Caravan is located approximately 400 metres from the beach in one direction and 400 metres from the entertainment centre in the opposite direction.
Entertainment passes can be purchased from the Haven or us.
No smokers and no pets allowed.
Linen package available on request.
Lettings will be offered on a daily or weekly basis, tailoring to the needs of our guests.
