Trained as a bespoke tailor and textile engineer in Germany, I have cut and tailored garments for men and women since 1990.

Working for Tom Reimer, Hamburg’s answer to the world-famous Savile Row tailors (www.tomreimer.com), my clients included the late Luciano Pavarotti and fashion designer Wolfgang Joop.

Having a bespoke garment made means you can forget about standard sizing: your jacket, coat or suit will look good on you because it was handmade only for you.

Every bespoke piece starts with an exclusive cutting pattern based on your measurements, stature and design requirements. In a process taking six to eight weeks, the garment is cut and hand-tailored using only the best materials and meticulous techniques. Two fittings provide opportunity to check the fit of the garment and discuss further finishing details, like choice of lining, buttons, etc.

Based in Cheshire, UK, I am working from my attic studio with a view across the hills of the Peak District. The standard of my work is on par with what you would expect from the Row but working from my own space allows me to price your commission at a much more favourable rate.
