The Food....
Hickory’s Smokehouse is an authentic American BBQ. Here you can enjoy a traditional style of cooking that has its roots in the US, but that we think deserves to be just as popular over here.

Our menu will offer two styles of BBQ. The southern-style ‘Smoker’ BBQ uses slow, wood-fired cooking in our specially imported American smoker oven. The ‘Yankee’ BBQ section of the menu is cooked over sizzling hot coals – both styles create unbelievably tender, delicious meat and fish.

The Kids....
Kids are a very big part of Hickory's...
We will have regular competitions and we are still hard at work thinking how we can keep the kids happy and entertained. When we open you will just need to let us know how many kids will be dining with your party and we can make sure we have the table laid up with high chairs or/ and booster seats ready for your arrival.

We will have bucketfuls of popcorn, massive racks of ribs slowly cooked in our smoker, enormous American desserts, a delicious weekend brunch and not to mention the hottest Buffalo wings you’ve ever tasted! With 17 wide screens showing up to 17 different types of international sport, you wont miss a second of the game…

From the bar you will be able to enjoy a range of US and European beers, a fantastic bourbon selection, wines and cocktails. The kids (and the big kids) will be able to enjoy a great selection of milkshakes, smoothies and soft drinks. Our American bar and kitchen will be open daily serving food from 10am until 10pm.
