Details

Hexagon and Lotus share a history - with both starting life in North London, and both racing in F1.

Founder of Lotus, Colin Chapman formed the Company as we know it in 1952, but started engineering his own cars back in 1948.

Lotus may have started in London, but moved to its current home, former RAF Hethel, in Norfolk during 1966.

Shortly before Lotus moved its operations to Hethel, Hexagon was formed by Paul Michaels, who today runs the legendary Hexagon Classics and Hexagon Moderns - both within the M25, but with a global Client reach.

Paul competed with his Formula 1 Team, Goldie Hexagon Racing, during the mid-Seventies with Cosworth-engined Brabham, with Colin's Lotus F1 team having already secured 6 F1 World Titles - winning their 7th in 1978.
