Hereford Hotsteppers 1.33

Hereford Hotsteppers is a running club specifically for beginners looking to go from zero to a 5k distance at a pace that is as individual as you. Sessions are held on Tuesday evenings at 7pm from Stretton Sugwas primary school and Thursday mornings at 9.15am from The Range car park.
Following on from the success of runners in beginners group, I also have an Improvers group which takes runners from 5k to 10k. This session is held on a Monday evening at 7pm, from Stretton Sugwas primary school.
Everyone is welcome, whatever your fitness level, weight, age or gender. Exercise is for all.
Sessions cost £2.50 each with an option of a block booking discount.
