Hello Sweetie Cupcakery is the very first cupcake shop in Newcastle Under Lyme. It is a place where you can come and relax while devouring scrumptious cupcake, drink coffee or tea. We pride ourselves in providing very homely feel to our cafe, with super comfy sofas and chairs and foot-tapping 1940s/50s/60s music flowing out of speakers.
All cupcakes are freshly prepared from scratch, baked in the shop and then lovingly decorated, every morning. We use only the best ingredients available- Mexican and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Paste, finest 70% Belgian chocolate CALLEBAUT, organic eggs from BIG EGG! (Guy Wolfe) from Newcastle market, fruit from Newcastle market as well, Welsh butter and British milk, we do not use any flavour enhancers or E-numbers ingredients, unlike supermarket brands.! On top of that our baker, Suzzie, develops all the recipes herself.
We offer wide selection of teas- from traditional English cuppa with dash of milk to green tea with jasmine and various scrumptious infusions. We serve coffee (americano/cappuccino/latte/caramelatte/gingerbread latte), that is ground just after you order, to keep it as fresh as possible and we also have hot chocolate. We also have freshly squeezed lemonade, that proves to be super popular!


We make waffles with cream and fruit, American style pancakes with maple syrup and blueberries, apple pie, cheesecake and cakes.


You will also find here at, Hello Sweetie Cupcakery, bookshelf, full of books you can read whist sipping on your coffee/tea and munching a cupcake- how cool is that? We also provide our customers with a selection of every day newspapers, available to read in the shop.
