I was very unhappy. Nothing fitted, and even when it did, I felt frumpy – I really didn’t like what I saw looking back at me in the mirror. I would avoid nights out with friends, feeling ashamed of how I looked next to them. My husband loved me, but I didn’t love myself and found comfort in food. Something needed to change.

I found Cambridge and lost over 3 stone in 4 months.* With the step program my weight stabilised and I have been maintaining my weight ever since. I know it’s corny, but it really did change my life.

The diet is easy to follow; I didn’t feel hungry and was bursting with energy. Everyone kept saying ‘you must be hungry’ but I wasn’t, far from it. I just forgot about it and began to get on with my life – funny as that sounds. Now I am a full time Independent Cambridge Consultant helping people just like me free themselves from the weight that stops us living life to the full.

I am fully mobile so I can visit you in the privacy of your own home or you can come to me in Knutsford- what ever works best for you. I don’t charge any membership or signing on fees, all you pay for is the products you choose. Each week you will receive dedicated support on a one to one basis - not just at our appointments, but throughout the week too. I am passionate about Cambridge and am here to help you every step of the way until you reach your goal – and afterwards too, for as long as you need me.

I offer:

· Appointments at my base in Knutsford
· Appointments between 7:30 am to 9:30 pm
· Mobile appointments at your Home or Place of work
· No signing on or membership fees
· Personal 1:1 support to help you reach your goals
· Area’s covered Knutsford, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Macclesfield, Hale, Altrincham, Lymm, Northwich, Sandiway, Sandbach, Middlewich. Holmes Chapel – and probably the rest of Cheshire too!
