Classes are designed to be suitable for all abilities. If you've ever danced with your mates on a night out, you can do Groove :-) The aim of this class is to make sure that EVERY Groover is sweating and smiling! Every individual has different exercise limits + needs that will vary in pace intensity and ability. So you decide how hard you want to work and let the music and moves do the rest! :-) The Best Night Out You Will Ever Have At The Gym :-D
