WHAT IS IT?

The Go Boot Camp Challenge runs for 6 weeks (see latest advertisement for your next Go Boot Camp challenge dates). During this time, you will participate in a group of instructor lead Go Boot Camp training session, clean up your eating and see dramatic results in your fitness and overall health.

Participate for the next 6 weeks, and we are confident you’ll see the following benefits:

You don’t have to trust us. You just have to try it for a 6-week period and see what happens. Hard work and consistency required throughout your 6 week challenge. We’ll help you measure your results. HOW DOES IT WORK?

All you have to do is commit to the following for 6 weeks:

• Eat a clean diet (non-inflammatory, whole foods with balanced protein/fats/carbs).

• Take before/after weight measurements.

· Take body fat tests

• Take before/after photos

• Participate in every Go Boot Camp training session (see latest advertisement). Also includes a fitness test in first and last week of course to measure results (which will surprise you!).

• Work out 1-4 times per week using our scientifically proven workout regimes in your own time outside the weekly Go Boot Camp sessions.

• Keep a training log…..vitally important.

• Keep a daily log/scorecard of your ‘Go Boot Camp Nutrition Plan Blocks’

• Cut out alcohol, juice and soda/diet soda, processed foods, most grains and other inflammatory foods (see list below)

• Try to sleep 7+ hours/night

To Book your place call 01626 852137 and pay a £50 deposit (Non-fundable. Terms and conditions apply).

You’ll receive one of our ‘Go Boot Camp Challenge’ T-Shirts, before/after weight and body fat measurements, before/after photos, you will also have access to our Go Boot Camp Facebook group that allows us/and you to share recipes, resources, inspiration, etc with each other. Most important of all though you will be assigned to a Go Boot Camp Coach, that will assist and monitor you throughout the challenge.
