As a mother of two little boys and a Speech and Language Therapist of 12 years I am fascinated and surprised on a daily basis by how incredible children and their individual approach to communicating their thoughts, needs and emotions truly are.

I am passionate about enabling children and supporting their parents and carers to develop their communication skills and overcome whatever barrier they may be facing whether this is a speech sound difficulty, a language disorder or a social communication difficulty.

I am able to assess your child for a range of speech, language and communication difficulties including speech delay, speech disorder, language delay, langugae disorder, social communication difficulty, dysfluency/stammering and challenging behaviours.

Following assessment I will devise an individual programme of games and activities to target the area of need. I will liaise with any provision your child attends, with your permission, to ensure we achieve a whole team approach around your child. I will work closely with you as the parent/carer to ensure you are empowered to support your child in any way you may need to.

I am able to work in your home, your child's educational setting or another venue of your choosing.

Above all the intervention I provide will be fun, effective and child centered.
