Garden King Garden Centre is truly a well established 'evergreen', we pride ourselves on being a no nonsense, 'one stop' centre for plants, sheds, cabins, home and garden furniture, plant and lawn foods, weed and garden bug killers - as well as being 'the' place to visit for memorable gift ideas.

Our small frontage belies the wealth of produce, special offers and good natured, down to earth advice that is to be found within. Add to this, great staff - all with a strong sense of humour - and a really attractive calendar of social activities for our customers to enjoy and there is every reason to pay us a visit as soon as possible.

In fact, Garden King has something to appeal to everyone - from gardening experts to absolute beginners. So, even if you are a gardening virgin (*with a know how that's 'grass verging' on the ridiculous!) you'll feel immediately at home here as we do away with Latin names and technical descriptions and describe products and requirements in simple English terms that everyone can understand. 'Simples' – as they say!

We're part of the Planters Garden Centre family - an independent, family owned group of centres. From early beginnings selling Christmas trees at the side of the road, our family owned company has grown to 3 successful garden centres, employing hundreds of staff in the midlands area. Our story won't end there, much like the plants we sell, we'll continue to grow for years to come.
