Gallant Boxing Club’s roots where born in Slough 2003 in but very little time we have increased our facilities and become a very popular boxing club in the Slough area.

Gallant Boxing Club is run by a former boxing legend and Professional trainer Irfan Malik, our facilities all available to anyone requiring to work on projects which will help, encourage and engage young people in our community to develop activities within Slough City.

MORE THAN JUST A BOXING CLUB

The Gallant Boxing Club is more than boxing: it is a centre of excellence. Based in Colnbrook Slough, we are a gym with an old school coaching methodology. Boxing is a passion of ours but not the only discipline that we specialise in.

Old school coaches of the sweet science were the original multi disciplined movement coaches. To master these techniques, we studied the best systems and trained with the thought leaders in each particular field – POSE, Movnat, Boxing, balance and technical fundamentals.

TRUTH IN THE HUMAN MOVEMENT

Use a distillation of the best time tested disciplines such as gymnastics strength, hand balancing, boxing and various body weight systems and martial arts. Move like you should: run, jump, climb, crawl, balance, lift, catch, carry, throw, and defend yourself. Prepare to be a leaner, stronger, a sexier more athletic you.

PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES OR BOTH

You can join as a member to access our range of classes, work one on one coaches, or both. We can prepare you for any challenge you’ve set yourself, whether it’s a boxing match, running a marathon or a set of personal goals. This is your journey; we are here to make it an enjoyable one.
