Forever is a multi-billion dollar company operating in over 145 countries affiliated with the world’s largest grower, manufacturer and distributor of aloe vera. From its International Headquarters located in Scottsdale, Arizona, Rex Maughan, Founder, President and CEO, directs operations worldwide. Over 9.25 million Forever Business Owners enjoy the support and guidance required to live healthier and wealthier lives.

Forever Living Products began its operations in the UK in 1992 and has grown from nothing to being the largest provider of aloe vera products in the UK in a very short period of time. Early in 1994, the Company moved to prestigious Longbridge Manor in Warwick as its UK headquarters.

The Company has won a variety of awards and accreditation. In May 2010, Forever became the first company within the Direct Selling Association to achieve the prestigious Investors In People Gold Award. This award, which has only been issued to 150 companies in the UK, proves that Forever go the extra mile in developing and motivating their staff and Forever Business Owners. The Investors In People assessor stated ‘This was a particularly positive assessment with a huge amount of feedback to suggest that Forever is a good employer, with highly-effective people strategies. This is clearly driven by the Company’s core values and the management style of Bob Parker who is viewed by everyone as a true role model.”

The Company has won a variety of awards. In April 2007, Forever was presented with the Investors in People award, for a second time running, with excellent reviews that attributed Forever with ‘a very supportive culture, putting people and their well being at the forefront of everything the organisation stands for’ (Evans, A (2007) Investors in People Post Recognition Review Report for Forever Living Products (UK) Ltd).

In 1998 we achieved 12th place in a national survey of the fastest-growing privately-owned companies, conducted by ‘Real Business’ magazine and Dun & Bradstreet. In 2000, the ‘Independent on Sunday’ named the Company as 15th in its annual list of Top Achievers (18 June 2000).

We make it our mission to live by our core values everyday as our actions are fully accountable to you. Our core values are:
•Respect – For ourselves and the unique qualities of others
•Belief – In the products, the opportunity, our values and to live by them on a daily basis
•Honesty – To always be honest and show integrity to develop trust
•Support – Be supportive, helpful and understanding of those around you
•Excellence – Being the best we can every day and delivering beyond expectation

At Forever, we believe our greatest legacy is what we do for others and how we do it. We adhere to sustainable practices that let us work in harmony with the earth, leaving a more promising future to our children. Working towards a brighter future is so much more than our duty—it truly is our pleasure.

Since the beginning, we’ve had the utmost respect for nature. While we’ve always been environmentally conscious, we wanted to hold ourselves accountable. Our challenge to be more eco-friendly wasn’t based on following fads or silencing critics. We are doing it because it is the right thing to do. Unlike other companies that brag about minimal changes just to keep up with environmental trends, we assessed our practices, made a plan to better ourselves, and sought the certification of the International Organization for Standardisation—an independent organisation that evaluates companies’ environmental impact. In 2006 we launched a formal environmental sustainability program to challenge ourselves to do more. Our documented Environmental Management System was certified to the international ISO 14000 standard and we have maintained that certification every year since. We designated two areas where we could improve: waste generation and waste recovery. Since we began monitoring our progress we have reduced our waste by 50% and increased our recycling from 26% to 61%. While we are proud of this progress, and we’re not slowing down. We continue to progress and challenge ourselves to do more.

Forever’s net carbon footprint is one of a net positive effect on the environment. When it comes to the efficiency of converting CO2 into oxygen, 20 aloe plants are equal to one tree. With over 40 million aloe vera plants in our plantations, our aloe vera plantations actually cleanse the earth of 2 million tons of CO2 every year.
