Allan Adlam is the fitness enthusiast (some may say fanatic!) behind Forest Fitness.
With over 13 years experience working in the fitness industry, he has a BA Hons Degree in Sports and Recreation Management, is a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer and a qualified group exercise instructor in Vibe Cycle (Studio Cycling), Kettlercise, TRX Suspension Training Systems and an advanced Boxercise instructor.
As well as health and fitness being a big focus of his career, Allan has also spent the same portion of his time running a Sports Coaching business. As a FA Level 2 Football Coach, he learned his trade whilst touring and coaching children all over America. He still works as a coach running sessions after school and clubs at weekends locally, as well as working for many schools in the area delivering their curriculum PE.
