Solar PV Panels - Specialist Installers
Solar PV Panels can save money for the commercial property owner and can even make money as excess energy is sold off to energy companies. Energy Performance Certificates are a requirement for solar panels. Flixborough Eco Technologies are members of STA (Solar Trade Association) and REA (Renewable Energy Association). We are also MCS Accredited.

Battery Storage
Flixborough Eco Technologies have a commercial storage solution for system sizes from small office/workshop to large grid scale applications.
Systems can be housed internally or externally with smaller systems from 10kWh and larger systems up to 1MWh or more in modules of 250kWh.

The system batteries will be charged with low rate electricity and optionally energy generated by a solar PV system. This electricity is then stored in batteries and used to provide power during peak periods when energy is more expensive. The system can intelligently manage peak shaving which prevents charges for excess demand being incurred. The system is fully automatic in operation and will typically demonstrate a payback period of five years.

Voltage Optimisers
When optimising the voltage to their property, the householder will immediately benefit from energy savings which for the average domestic property in the UK can be anything up to 18%.

LED Lighting
LEDs produce light through the use of semi-conductors and are some of the most energy-efficient lamps on the market producing around 90% less energy than traditional incandescent lamps.

Air Source Heat Pumps
With an expected 25 year life, these replace the boiler essentially and attach to the house almost like an air con unit with no need to change existing pipework. Flixborough Eco Technologies are appointed installers for DAIKIN and Mitsubishi and offer all their accompanying guarantees.

Electric Radiators
Offering both energy and money-saving solutions, electric radiators require no maintenance and no annual inspection. With low energy consumption, this means that life-time heating costs are greatly reduced.
