Having spent the best part of my life (40 years and counting...) studying and practising Traditional Kung Fu, I decided to put the skills and discipline that I have attained to use in the business world. Blending my martial arts experience with my other passion: Neuro Linguistic Programming, I formed a consultancy specialising in leadership coaching, people development, and sales training.

Over the years this has developed to include vision & values with a strong emphasis on collaboration and establishing a brand culture.

Understanding that people are at the heart of everything we do in business, I have invested an enormous amount of time and energy into learning what makes people tick and mastering the art of communication. Using rapport and language pattern skills acquired from years of studying NLP, I have developed a suite of powerful training workshops and coaching programmes for leadership, collaboration, and sales that will really make an impact on your business.
