Hello everyone, my name is Kayleigh Forster and I am a dance teacher teaching in the Cardiff area.

I trained at Rubicon Dance and later studied at the University of Plymouth where I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Dance and Theatre Performance. I travelled the world competing and performing in my teens and acquired a wealth of experience as a performer. Even as a child I always had a passion for learning and choreographing dance routines and teaching my moves to others. I love delivering dance classes and spreading my love of dance.

I teach Mundo Dance and Dance Aerobics to adults and also teach dance classes to children from the age of 5 years up.

Mundo Dance offers a world of dance styles. The class involves challenging, and sometimes complex choreography which is taught by breaking down whole routines into short sequences of steps. My Dance Aerobics classes are run through the local Cardiff leisure facilities and offer a fun way to keep fit. The steps and movements are easy to pick up and are repeated throughout the class so you can get the most out of your aerobic work out. We'll work up a sweat but still keep it all things dance!
