Fitness Bootcamp Eastbourne Outdoor Bootcamps are varied and fun! We are Dee Newton and James Newton, ex-military fitness professionals with years of experience. Our goal is to help you be the best, most healthy version of yourself you can be. We will never make you do anything we aren't willing to do ourselves! Consisting of the most effective whole body approach we use body weight exercises, running and skipping, we use kettlebells, battle ropes and more and we mix in Boxing, TRX and Circuits. The goal is to get you moving, elevate your heart rate and build lean muscle so your body burns twice as much fat.

We use progressive fitness training at FBPT. If your fitness level is currently low, we will start you off slowly and there will be others in the same boat, so you won’t be left behind. The amazing thing about the human body is how it adapts quickly to proper stimulus. We will safely and progressively challenge you, never more than you can handle.

Besides the body transformation you’ll experience, the biggest achievement is the sense of satisfaction and accomplishment of feeling and looking good. Your will increase energy levels, stamina, strength and confidence. You will decrease your body fat, stress and inhibitions! If you are serious about your weight loss and fitness goals, come along!
