Good fun, hard working sessions that cater for a range of ages and abilities, considering mobility, balance and general skills levels as well as fitness level at any given time. We use core stability balls, resistance bands (various resistances), hula hoops, turn tables, step boxes, boxing focus pads, suspension straps, kettle bells, benches, skipping ropes and a range of floor exercises to offer variety to the sessions.
On each work station there are a range of resistances and or variations of type of exercise, making each of them achievable for everybody. The circuits are changed on a weekly basis. A close level of supervision is given, especially to beginners.
Also, children aged 11 – 15 inclusive, are welcome to take part in the sessions when accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. One child per adult.
