Fit-Start Bootcamp is designed to reach out to people who are in need of the fundamentals of exercising, or have a basic level of fitness (eg from going to the gym or home fitness programs) but want to be pushed further.

What happens in the session?

The session is made up of a travelling circuit. You'll get to walk, jog or run (depending on your fitness level) around Braunstone or Western Park and will be given circuit style exercises to carry out at various stationed areas along the way. This is a great way to get fit! You'll get varied scenery and a wide range of exercises providing an all body workout in a fun, interesting and achievable way.

Session prices:
10 session class pass: £30 (concession £20)
Pay as you go £5 (concession £4)

Trial session £2

Booking your trial session is essential. You must be over 18 years old to take part, and need to complete a heath check questionnaire (provided on booking) before hand. Without this you can't join in!
